New Delhi: Former Indian Airforce Chief granted bail from Augustawestland scam, court has kept some of the conditions on his bail, like Tyagi cannot leave the country. Still Tyagi's both the cousins are in process for bail. Court will make discussion over the issue before granting bail to both of them.

SP Tyagi and two of his cousins- Sanjeev Tyagi and Gautam Khaitan  were arrested in the scam. On December 23, CBI rejected the bail plea of the three accused and said that they could make changes in the evidences.

CBI told the court, "The persons are of high ranking .. The nvestigation is going on and we are getting support from other countries. If they get bail, they may influence witnesses, destroy evidences and hamper the ongoing probe which is at a very crucial stage."
