New Delhi: The law of benami property which came into existence in 1988 but still its rules were to frame. This law will be operational in some days. This benaam transactions will punish those holders of black money. According to this Amendment act, a person with unknown transactions will be imprisoned for seven years.  

In 27th edition of 'Mann ki Baat' PM Modi showed regret on the demand by opposition to make changes in Demonetization-norms. Winter session was held due to continuous ruckus by opposition party on demonetization.

PM Modi said, whatever he has done, he had thought about it thousands of time and the rules imposed after demonetization are implemented after seeking the welness of common people.
