The Supreme Court today heard the plea for the ban, use and sale of Chinese Manjha in India. The bench today declared its decision by refusing the use of Manjha in the kite flying.
The National Green Tribunal earlier issued a notice to the centre for getting respone of the petitioner's plea for the ban of Manjha.
In December 2015, the National Green Tribunal (NGT) banned the usage of Manjha at nationwide level until its hearing on 1 February,2017.
