Mohammad Shahabuddin from Rashtriya Janata Dal is in Siwan jail for his connection in murdering a Journalist. Today, the Supreme court has ordered to shift him to Tihar Jail.

SC as per the sources news stated that his trial be conducted through video conferencing and no special treatment will be given to him.

Last year in July, RanjanRahdeo, a journalist was shot dead at Phal Mandi in Siwan, Bihar. The wife of the deceased Asha Ranjan filed a plea in which it was stated that the free and fair trial is not possible if he is lodged in Bihar jail.
