Srinagar: Srinagar is ready for the Lok Sabha elections with the tight security, there are total nine contestants for the Srinagar seat. Around 1,500 polling stations are allotted to garners the high number of votes.

All the polling booths are described as a sensitive and hyper-sensitive, as terrorism is the main cause of fear at Srinagar in ongoing elections. National Conference President Farooq Abdullah will take a lead this time.

The tough vie is on between National Conference President and Congress faction leader Farooq Abdullah and PDP leader Nazir Ahmad Khan. This election will decide the fate of both the leaders.
