The Tamil Nadu Government on the bull taming sport Jallikattu has filed a Caveat in the Supreme Court.
Yogesh Kanna, Tamil Nadu Government standing Counsel, as per the report said, “We have filed the caveat in the Supreme Court yesterday asking for the state government to be heard in case anyone challenges the ordinance allowing Jallikattu”.
Ch Vidyasagar Rao, Governor of Tamil Nadu yesterday approved the ordinance of Jallikattu While Chief Minister O Panneerselvam had declared that the Jallikattu will held tomorrow at at Alaganallur in Madurai and other parts of the Tamil Nadu.
