Patna: Preparations have begun to install a 251 feet tall idol of Mother Sita in Sitamarhi, Bihar. Its construction work will be started soon. According to the report, President Draupadi Murmu and PM Narendra Modi can perform its Bhoomi Pujan. Please inform that the tallest statue of Sita Mata is to be installed at Raghopur Bakhri in Sitamarhi. It will be constructed by the Ramayana Research Council. As per reports, Mahant of Raghopur Bakhri has donated 18 acres and 40 decimals of land to the council. The surrounding farmers have also made an agreement to give about 6 acres of land. Member of Parliament Sunil Kumar Pintu said on Saturday (November 19) that the Council has signed an agreement for 24.39 acres of land so far. The matter has been discussed with the President and the Prime Minister. He has assured to do Bhoomi Pujan. Bhoomi Pujan will happen next year on the occasion of Ram Navami, Sita Navami, or Vivah Panchami. MP Sunil Pintu has said that people of every religion and class are cooperating in this work in Sitamarhi. A Muslim farmer Mohammad Nizamuddin also announced to donate his two-and-a-half acre of land. The country's first cultural embassy center will also be established here.
