Patna: A shocking case has come to light in Banka, Bihar. Here the incident of rape with a 65-year-old woman has been carried out. The age of the accused who raped an elderly woman is 26 years. The matter is being told of Bossi police station area of Banka district. The victim woman has told in the complaint given to the police that on May 15, she was cutting grass in the field.
During afternoon, there was no movement of people. During this, a young man named Subhash Soren reached there and did wrong things with the old woman and fled from the spot. The woman also gave a complaint to the panchayat of the tribal society. Then the panchayat called the accused youth and asked about this, then he threatened to do such work in future also.
But, the panchayat's rebuke had no effect on the accused. After which the woman has given a complaint in the police station. In the matter, Bossi police station chief has informed that a case has been registered on the complaint of the woman. Along with this, the accused Subhash Soren has been arrested. By sending Subhash behind bars, the police has started further legal action.
