Congress fulfills 64% promises before elections: CM Ashok Gehlot

Jaipur: Rajasthan's Ashok Gehlot government chaired a meeting last Saturday to review the election manifesto. He lauded his government. In fact, the Gehlot government claimed that 64% of the promises made by Congress in the public manifesto before the elections have been fulfilled. Ashok Gehlot said, "Despite the first and second wave of the corona, the government stood up to bring the promises to the ground. In the last two and a half years, the Government has made all efforts to address the sufferings of the needy people along with the overall development of the state.''

Let me tell you that the meeting was held at CM's residence and the meeting was attended by members of the State Council of Ministers and Chairman of the Manifesto Committee Tamradhwaj Sahu and MP Amar Singh. During this period, the Public Manifesto was reviewed and Ashok Gehlot said, "Out of 501 promises of the Manifesto, 321, or 64%, have been fulfilled. On the other hand, work on 138 promises is underway. The Cabinet Sub-Committee is reviewing the implementation of the Public Manifesto.''

It is now believed that Ashok Gehlot wants the party high command to know about his government's performance amid the ongoing uproar over the expansion of the cabinet in Rajasthan. Due to this, the meeting on review of election manifesto is scheduled at the end of July. On the other hand, the Congress high command wants to resolve the ongoing dispute between Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot. Rajasthan in charge Ajay Maken had come to Jaipur before the cabinet expansion and said that everyone is ready to accept the decision of the party high command. Ashok Gehlot has repeated the same thing.
