New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, who is opposing the Agriculture Bill, has attacked PM Narendra Modi. The AAP MP said that they are fighting not for tea but for farmers' food. Sanjay Singh alleged that this law was passed in an unconstitutional manner without voting. It is worth mentioning that today, the Deputy Speaker of the Upper House, Harivansh, arrived with tea and snacks for eight MPs staging a sit-in in the Parliament complex. However, these MPs refused to take it. PM Modi praised Harivansh's move. Taking a dig at this, Sanjay Singh wrote in a tweet that, "Modi Ji, we are not fighting for our tea. We are fighting for the welfare of our farmers, which you have taken away. I humbly ask you - I am returning the tea with all due respect, please return my farmers' morsel." In another tweet, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Sanjay Singh said, "Our suspension is not an issue, I am ready to remain suspended all my life to get the rights of the farmers. Modi Ji passed this black farmer's law unconstitutionally without voting. Take the law back. If you have the courage, pass it by voting."
