Air India Introduces FogCare Program to Ease Winter Flight Disruptions

Rajesh Dogra, the Chief Customer Experience Officer at Air India, highlighted the genuine commitment behind the FogCare initiative, expressing, "Our aim is to minimize inconvenience for passengers whose flights might be affected by fog. This program will also ensure the integrity of our flight schedule network."

Passengers traveling on these affected flights will receive timely updates through specific flight advisories, ensuring they stay well-informed about potential delays.
