Lucknow: After spending 27 months in jail, senior Samajwadi Party (SP) leader and sitting MLA Azam Khan has come out. He was lodged in Sitapur jail. Azam Khan's two sons Abdullah Azam and Adeeb arrived to pick them up. Not only this but SP president Shivpal Yadav also met Azam Khan in Sitapur jail, however, no senior SP leader came to welcome him during this time. However, on Azam Khan's release, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav tweeted and welcomed him. Akhilesh Yadav tweeted, "A warm welcome to senior SP leader and MLA Azam Khan on his release on bail. With this decision on bail, the Supreme Court has given new standards to justice. The whole thing is that he will be acquitted in all other false cases and cases. He wrote, "Lies have moments, not centuries!" It is worth mentioning that since the assembly elections, it was being told that Azam Khan is angry with Akhilesh. These reports were further reinforced by Fasahat Ali Khan, who is close to Bal Azam Khan, saying, "Is it to be assumed that CM Yogi is right in saying that Akhilesh Yadav does not want Azam Khan to be released from jail?" Fasahat Ali Khan had said that we have become orphans. We do not even have that SP with us, for which we have shed every drop of our blood. Our leader Mohammad Azam Khan gave his whole life to SP, but SP did nothing for him.
