High Court Justice says, problems occurs in making new law

Sambal: Allahabad High Court Judge Pankaj Mittal, who arrived at Chandausi in Uttar Pradesh to inaugurate the Law College at Chandausi in Uttar Pradesh, has made an important statement on the new laws being enacted in the country. Addressing the students after inaugurating the Law College, Justice Mittal said that a number of laws have been enacted in the country which are also making courts difficult.

Allahabad High Court Judge Pankaj Mittal said that laws should not be enacted in the country by adopting the laws of the United States and England. Rather, laws should be made in the country keeping in view the Indian culture and environment. So that they can be followed practically. Justice Pankaj Mittal of the High Court also expressed concern over the legal education being offered in law colleges.

Justice Mittal suggested that legal education should also be given to students in law colleges according to Indian culture and environment. So that the students do not face problems during court proceedings. The statement of Allahabad High Court Judge Pankaj Mittal has questioned the new laws being framed by the government.
