Fireworks attacks on Manoj Tiwari, says, 'I narrowly survived'

New Delhi: Manoj Tiwari, president of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Delhi unit and MP from the North East Delhi seat, has made a serious charge against him for the attack. Delhi BJP President Manoj Tiwari has accused himself of being attacked with firecrackers. Describing the attack as cowardly, he alleged that today in the Gandhi Sankalp Yatra, someone threw a firecracker that exploded on him and Mohan Singh Bisht's body.

Delhi BJP unit president Manoj Tiwari said that Mohan Singh Bisht's right hand was injured due to firecrackers. His shirt is also burnt. He said that I narrowly survived. Someone attacked cowardly. It is noteworthy that Gandhi Sankalp Yatra was organized in Karawal Nagar Assembly on Friday on behalf of North East District.

The Sankalp Yatra started from West Karaval Nagar in the national capital, Delhi, via Dayalpur-Saadatpur extension Tukmir Sherpur and reached Khajuri.
