Fastag is just two days left to be implemented across the country. All efforts of the government to implement Fastag on the toll plazas of national highways are yet to be seen. Alam is that the toll collection figures through Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) have still not touched 50 per cent. It is to be noted that the last date for fasting for vehicles across the country is December 15, with just a few days left to complete. Fastag can be purchased offline from various channels such as Point of Sale (POS) from 22 authorized banks. They are being sold at toll plazas and select bank branches on national highways.
