Ministry of AYUSH released guidelines regarding corona, shares tips to increase immunity

New Delhi: Corona outbreak in the country continues to grow. So far, more than 66 lakh cases of corona have been reported in the country, while the number of people who have died here has crossed one lakh. At present, people are now returning to work and following the guidelines given by the government. Amid the delay and changing season of the vaccine, the government has said that the risk is still intact and it will continue. In view of this, the Ministry of AYUSH has issued new guidelines to prevent the corona from spreading.

Directing people to take more precautions, Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan and AYUSH Minister Shripad Yasho Naik have issued new guidelines on Tuesday. With the new guidelines, the government has also given necessary instructions to increase prevention and immunity. According to the guidelines of the Ministry of AYUSH, every person has to follow these things so that corona can be avoided and immunity gets increased.

According to the guidelines of the Ministry of AYUSH: -

- Drink warm water throughout the day. Eat hot freshly made food. - At least 30 minutes of yoga, pranayama and meditation are very important. While cooking food, spices like turmeric, cumin and coriander must be used in it. - To strengthen immunity, take 1 teaspoon of Chyawanprash in the morning. - Diabetes patients have been instructed to eat Chyawanprash without sugar. - Drink herbal tea 1 or 2 times a day. Basil, cinnamon, black pepper, dry ginger and raisin decoction can be consumed. - Half a teaspoon of turmeric in 150 ml of warm milk is advised to drink. - Apply sesame or coconut oil or ghee to both your nostrils in the morning and evening.
