New Delhi: In the Babri Demolition Case of Ayodhya, the statements of the accused have started recording from Thursday. In the CBI Special Court (CBI Special Court), the statements of the accused regarding the Ayodhya case are being recorded. On Thursday, 6 of the 32 accused in the case arrived to record their statement. His names were Vinay Katiyar, Dr. Ram Vilas Vedanti, Pawan Pandey, Gajanand Das Gandhi, Santosh Dubey and Vijay Bahadur Singh. According to the information, only one of these statements of Vijay Bahadur Singh was recorded. It is noteworthy that there are 32 accused in the Babri demolition case, including LK Advani, Kalyan Singh, Murali Manohar Joshi, Uma Bharti. One thousand fifty questions have been prepared for each accused. In this episode, on Thursday, Vijay Bahadur Singh answered the questions. During the process, the court will give the accused an opportunity to present an explanation. The court will question the accused regarding the charges leveled against them in the open court and the accused will answer them and put forward their case. In the same statement, if the accused has to give clarification in his favor, then the court will tell him and the court will give him a chance to present the witness of cleanliness. Let us tell you that the testimony of 354 CBI witnesses in the case has been completed. On December 6, 1992, an FIR was held at Ramjanmabhoomi police station. The CBI had filed a charge sheet against 49 accused. Out of these 17 accused including Bal Thackeray, Ashok Singhal, Giriraj Kishore have died. Hearing is going on against 32 accused. The CBI Special Court has to give its decision by August 31 this year.
