Patna: After the continuous rise in the water level of Bagmati river, people are facing huge problems in 4 panchayats of Kalyanpur in Samastipur. The Bagmati river has started to wreak havoc. Today, there is such a situation that even houses are drowned, and school somewhere. Due to flood water on the road, people have lost contact with the district headquarters. People are hauling goods from boats or it is also being used in movement. According to the information received, the Bagmati river is rising above the danger mark. During this period, more than 5 thousand population of Kalyanpur block of Samastipur district has been affected by this flood. The government middle school of Gowar Sittha of the block has been submerged in this flood water. Flood water has entered many houses here. Water has come over the road in many places. Due to which the movement of people has been affected. The people of the Teera Panchayat of Kalyanpur are taking the contents of the houses from boat to a safe place. For which these people are taking help of a boat made of fish cans. Water has come up all over the road and many houses have sunk. Somehow the work is going on with the boat. It is known that the Bagmati and Budhi Gandak rivers are flowing in Samastipur.
