Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi is going to shower gifts on his home town Gorakhpur before Diwali. CM Yogi, who is coming to the city on Tuesday on a two-day tour, will gift three billion development works to Gorakshanagri. CM Yogi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of 226 projects costing Rs 215.97 crores of the corporation in the function to be held in the Municipal Corporation premises on Tuesday (October 18). From this platform, the foundation stone of 54 development works of GDA worth Rs 62.84 crore will also be laid. After this, CM Yogi will inaugurate the newly constructed building of Nagar Panchayat Sangrampur alias Unwal on Wednesday (October 19) made of Rs 2.12 crore. On this occasion, Unwal Bypass, built at the cost of 20.27 crores, will be dedicated to the public. The inauguration ceremony will start at 4 pm on Tuesday on the corporation premises. Under this rapid economic development plan, along with the construction of roads, drains, councillor priority works in wards, lights in wards, door-to-door garbage collection, MRF centre construction for waste management, construction of tube wells, mini tube wells and pump houses are included. Let us tell you that on Wednesday morning Yogi will inaugurate the newly constructed building of Nagar Panchayat in Unwal along with the Unwal bypass. With the construction of a 3.50 km long bypass, the people of the area will get relief from the jam. The credit for the formation of this Nagar Panchayat also goes to CM Yogi.
