Man murdered younger brother in property dispute

Patna: Preparations for the assembly elections in Bihar are at its peak these days. The state government is on the target of opposition parties over their claim of good governance. On Monday, in a property dispute, a man strangled his younger brother and killed him, and attacked his wife.

The incident occurred in the village of Baruraj police station in Muzaffarpur, where Babulal Rai, in a property dispute, slit the throat of his younger brother Kapil Dev Rai. His wife, Rajkali Devi, was also injured. After the incident, the accused has escaped with the family. Both the injured were brought to the hospital for treatment. Kapil dev Rai was referred to SKMCH by doctors, he died during treatment.

The wife of the deceased Kapildev Rai has accused 6 persons including Babulal Rai. The police have recorded the statement and sent it to the Baruraj police station. The wife Kapil Rai informed that the accused were eyeing their property because they have no children. In which Babulal Rai came and killed her husband". 

On the entire issue, SKMCH incharge sub-Inspector Suman Jha has informed that a case has been registered in the police station. The police will investigate the matter and will take action accordingly.
