Bihar NDA releases candidate list out, BJP drops Shatrughan Sinha

Patna:  BJP-JDU led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Bihar announced the list of its 39 candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2019. Shatrughan Sinha, the BJP MP from Patna Sahib  has been dropped from the list of candidates.

BJP state in-charge Bhupendra Yadav announced the list of candidates in a press conference held at Patna on Saturday. BJP Mp Shatrughan Sinha who has been at the loggerheads with his party for quite some time, has been dropped from the list of candidates. Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad will contest from his seat instead. The decision comes amid speculation that a disgruntled 'Shotgun', a moniker given to the actor-turned-politician, may join Congress as soon as Monday.  

YSRCP chief Jagan Mohan Reddy Assets revealed

BJP field Ramkirpal Yadav from Patliputra, RK Singh from Arrah, Aswani Choubey from Buxar, Radha Mohan Singh from East Champaran, and BJP national spokesperson Rajiv Pratap Rudy will contest from Saran. BJP MP from Nawada, Giriraj Singh is set to contest from Begusarai.  Ram Vilas Paswan's son Chirag Paswan of the Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) has been fielded from Jamui constituency and Chandan Kumar from the party will fight the election from Nawada.
