Will they apologise for the undeclared emergency for last 4 yrs : Ahmed Patel

 Ahmed Patel, a senior Congress leader recently expressed his disappointment towards the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for their comment on the Emergency period of 1975 and has demanded the party apologize for its 'undeclared emergency', prevailing since past 4 years.

The veteran politician took to his official twitter handle an wrote,"Will they apologise for the undeclared emergency for last 4 years? People are being lynched and threatened, agencies are being misused, economic and civil liberties are being curtailed."

Patel is sought amongst the most prior people of Sonia Gandhi and he claimed that BJP is raising Emergency excuses because it fears to lose the elections of 2019.  He also tweeted, "After 4 years, fear of losing 2019 elections is haunting the government & hence they are trying to take refuge in the events of 1975 Emergency. But the fact is after 1977, Indira ji apologised, corrected her mistakes & people of India voted her back." June 25 has been remembered as they when Indira Gandhi applied an Emergency on the entire country for a period of 21 months, from 1975 to 1977.

Meanwhile, BJP referred to June 25 as the Black day in the history of the nation.
