BTSVLOG: Suga makes cutting boards for his bandmates, and showers his love on ARMY

Suga, the rapper and producer for BTS, took ARMYs with him to teach them a new skill at the woodwork shop on August 20. Suga has always had a penchant for woodwork and furniture, as was evident in the first episode of "In The Soop." He started making wood pieces while giving a smile sweetly (which any ARMY would die for) and was eager to learn.

He made cutting boards in the shape of a whale for his members as it is a revered animal among BTS and ARMYs. The whale is a representation of BTS's 2015 song "Whalien 52," which appeared on their album "The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Part 2." It draws inspiration from the 52 Hertz whale, which is thought to be the world's loneliest whale. The whale serves as a reminder to ARMYs and its members that they can rely on one another for support, love, happiness, and energy and that they are not alone. Additionally, it is mentioned in the animated music video for "We Are Bulletproof: The Eternal."

As he continues to learn the ropes, Suga adds his own unique touches to each item. He pays close attention as the lecturer discusses the steps, the wood selection, the forms and sizes, etc. The whale's boxy form was a sweet decision. Although he was anxious about constructing seven cutting boards, he managed to complete his task and it was clear how glad he was to have produced them for his pals.

The most astounding personal touch was the temporary brand he developed under the name "Min," which was derived from his own name, "Min Yoongi."
