Canara Bank Donates Rs 1 Crore to Wayanad Landslide Relief Efforts

WAYANAD: In a significant show of solidarity, Canara Bank has donated Rs 1 crore to Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan’s Distress Relief Fund to aid victims of the recent landslides in Wayanad. This gesture comes amid a wave of contributions from various sectors, including government bodies, private companies, and celebrities.

Pradeep KS, General Manager of Canara Bank’s Thiruvananthapuram circle, presented the demand draft for Rs 1 crore to Chief Minister Vijayan.
