Chandrababu Naidu's Jaw-Dropping Net Worth Revealed, Resides in a ₹35 Crore House

In Andhra Pradesh, once again, the reign of Naidu has returned, with Chandrababu Naidu taking the oath as Chief Minister. His swearing-in ceremony was held at the Kesarapalli IT Park in Vijayawada, with the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This marks Naidu's fourth term as the state's CM.

Regarding Chandrababu Naidu's net worth, he is counted among the wealthy leaders. According to election affidavits, the Chief Minister possesses assets totaling ₹931 crores. In the 2024 Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections, the BJP allied with TDP and the Jana Sena Party led by South superstar Pawan Kalyan, securing a total of 164 seats. Out of these, TDP won 135, Jana Sena Party 21, and BJP 8 seats. As per the election affidavit, the new Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh declared his assets. According to MyNeta.info, Naidu's assets include movable and immovable properties, with a significant portion being stakes in various companies owned by his wife, Nara Bhuvaneshwari.

In the past five years, there has been a significant surge in the assets of Naidu and his wife. During this period, their net worth increased by 39%. In 2019, they had assets worth ₹668 crores. They also possess jewelry worth ₹3 crores, including gold, silver, and other items. In terms of cash, Chandrababu Naidu has only ₹11,560, while his wife has ₹28,922. Additionally, their bank accounts hold deposits exceeding ₹13 lakhs.

A significant portion of Chandrababu Naidu's net worth comes from his wife's stakeholding in various companies, notably Heritage Foods Ltd, founded in 1992 and listed on the stock market. Bhuvaneshwari holds 2,26,11,525 shares in this company, valued at over ₹763 crores. Besides, they also own shares in Bank of Baroda, Nirvana Holdings Private, and Heritage Finlease Ltd.

Chandrababu Naidu possesses an Ambassador car worth ₹2.20 lakhs, and in terms of immovable property, he owns no agricultural land, whereas his wife owns agricultural land valued at around ₹55 crores. He has non-agricultural land registered in his name worth ₹77 lakhs. Additionally, they own luxury homes in Hyderabad and Chittoor, with their Hyderabad home in Pali Hill being valued at around ₹35 crores.
