U.S- China Trade War:. President Trump regrets this

WASHINGTON: U.S. President Donald Trump is known for his tough stance against China. Ever since he took over, he has waged a trade war against China. President Trump said he was not able to raise more tariffs on China. Earlier, Trump had hinted at further taking the ongoing trade deal with China. Amid signs of sluggishness in the global economy, Trump is facing tensions with other world leaders at the G-7 meeting.

During lunch with Britain's PM Boris Johnson, Trump expressed concern over the confrontation. But when asked if he was willing to let the tension continue, he responded positively with confidence. A statement issued by the White House later said that President Trump's statement was misunderstood.

The secretary said Trump had only responded to positive things because he regrets not being able to raise more tariffs on China. Amid fears of a slowdown ahead of the US presidential election, Trump was trying to persuade world leaders through a conference to accelerate the economy. There is a lot of trade war between China and the US. The Chinese economy has been badly reused.
