Citizenship (Amendment) Bill: Sena accuses Centre of 'invisible Hindu-Muslim partition'

New Delhi:  Shiv Sena attacked the Center question on the Citizenship Amendment Bill in the Lok Sabha. Through confrontation with the Shiv Sena, the question was raised whether the selective acceptance of Hindu illegal refugees would not serve to wage religious war in the country. The party also accused the Center of invisible division of Hindus and Muslims over the bill. The party led by Uddhav Thackeray also said that it is not in the interest of the country to do vote bank politics under the cover of the bill. Questioning the timing of the bill in Saamna's editorial, he said that there is no shortage of problems in India, but still we are calling for new problems like cabs. The Center seems to have made an invisible division of Hindus and Muslims over the Bill.

According to information received from sources, it has been learned that Shiv Sena appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to take strict action against some neighboring countries. Shiv Sena questioned that it is true that there is no country other than Hindustan for Hindus, but by accepting only Hindus among the illegal refugees, a civil war will not break out in the country? He said that if someone tries to do vote bank politics under the guise of Citizenship Amendment Bill, then it is not in the interest of the country. Like Pakistan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi should teach a tough lesson to other neighboring countries who persecute Hindu, Sikh, Christian, Parsi and Jain communities.

Questions asked by the Center regarding Kashmiri Pandits: Shiv Sena said that the Prime Minister has already shown that some things are possible. He also launched a scathing attack on the BJP for not rehabilitating Kashmiri Pandits in Jammu and Kashmir. The party said that it is not clear whether they (Pandits) will go to Jammu and Kashmir even after the removal of Article 370. Will the center resettle illegal refugees from neighboring countries in Jammu and Kashmir as it is now officially connected to the rest of the country?
