Ahmedabad: Rajasthan CM and veteran Congress leader Ashok Gehlot will be on a visit to Gujarat from Friday (October 28). CM Gehlot will be in Gujarat till October 31. During this time he will hold public meetings at 6 places. CM Gehlot will also participate in the Bharat Jodo Padyatra in Banaskantha. The Congress's high command has appointed CM Gehlot as a special observer for the Gujarat Assembly elections. CM Gehlot has earlier visited Ahmedabad and held public meetings. According to sources associated with the Congress, CM Gehlot will leave for Vadodara by a special plane from Jaipur at 9 am on October 28. Will reach Vadodara at 10.15 am. He will address a public meeting in Garbada at 11 am. From there, CM Gehlot will leave by helicopter and reach Fatehpura (Jalod) and address a public meeting again at 2 pm. Gehlot will reach back to Vadodara and hold a press conference in Vadodara at 4.15 pm. Then after reaching Surat, he will join the local program there in the evening and do a night stay. After this, on October 29, Gehlot is scheduled to reach Navsari by helicopter from Surat at 10.30 am and hold a public meeting. Gehlot will reach Dabok airport in Udaipur, Rajasthan by a special plane at 2 pm. Then at 3 pm, he will reach Nathdwara in Rajsamand by helicopter. At 4 pm, Nathdwara will attend the program of Shiva Statue Vishwa Swaroopam. Gehlot will return to Ahmedabad at 7 pm. He will stay in Ahmedabad for the night.
