CM Stalin's Directive to Party Workers for Victory in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry

Chennai: DMK President and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Stalin announced the launch of the party's campaign for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, citing DMK MP Kanimozhi's public meeting in Tirunelveli district of Tamil Nadu on Friday. Stressing the party's dedication to reclaiming Tamil Nadu's rights, Stalin highlighted the broader mission of the campaign to resonate across India and counter fascism.

The official campaign commenced on Friday with a series of public meetings titled 'Urimaigalai Meetka Stalinin Kural' (Stalin's voice to reclaim rights) across the Lok Sabha constituencies in Tamil Nadu and the lone seat in Puducherry. In a social media post, Kanimozhi described the party meeting in Tirunelveli as a precursor to the impending victory of the I.N.D.I.A. bloc in the forthcoming parliamentary elections. She emphasized the need to oppose the BJP, which she accused of deceiving people and fostering division, calling for a stand against fascism.

DMK initiated seat-sharing talks with all its alliance partners, including Congress, Left parties, and VCK. Earlier, CM Stalin urged party workers to strive for victory in all 39 seats in Tamil Nadu and the lone seat in Puducherry in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
