Let us know what are the mistakes we should not make in eating and drinking, due to which it becomes difficult to work.

Do not make such mistakes while trying to lose weight:-

1- Eating healthy food more than necessary:- Eating healthy food is considered good for health and due to the process of reducing weight, many dieticians recommend doing so. Nutrients are found in plenty in foods like nuts, peanut butter and avocado, but they are high in healthy fat and calories. You think that if you eat more of these healthy foods, you will lose weight, but everything has a limit and crossing it can be costly.

2. Reducing protein intake:- To keep overall health better, it is necessary to eat a proper amount of protein daily, but if you eat less protein-based food then it is difficult to lose weight. Protein is essential for weight loss as it helps burn fat and build muscle, but unfortunately, many people are eating diets that lack sufficient protein.

3. Eating oily food:- The trend of eating oily food is very high in India, but due to this, obesity and cholesterol start increasing, so when you are trying to lose weight, avoid oily food. You can use oil spray instead of pouring oil from the oil bottle into the pan, this can reduce the use of oil.
