Congress leader claims, ' Modi government's economic package is of only 3.22 lakh crores'

New Delhi: Congress veteran Anand Sharma has expressed disappointment after Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman's last announcement on the Modi government's economic package. He has said that it has become clear that the Central Government has no plan to lift the country from such a bad economic situation. The government cannot call this loan incentive a package.

He said that the governments of all countries have announced an incentive package giving immediate relief to their movement. The government has not provided anything in its package for urban poor people and migrant workers. Reversing the announcement of a special package of Rs 20 lakh crore by PM Modi amidst the economic crisis created by the Corona epidemic, Anand Sharma said that the package is only Rs 3.22 lakh crore, which is 1.6 percent of GDP. There is not a package of twenty lakh crores, as PM Modi announced.

Anand Sharma also said that the position of Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman can be understood because the economy has been destroyed and etiquette has to be maintained, but why the railway is not being arranged. Why are people dying on the streets The government is only helping verbally.
