New Delhi: Amid the decline in corona cases, the country is once again getting back on track. In this order, the Home Ministry is now considering giving concessions in different activities. The Home Ministry has written to the chief secretaries of all states and advised that the ban on several commercial activities, including schools, colleges, restaurants, cinema halls and gyms, be lifted with a threat assessment. A press release issued by the Home Ministry said that the situation in the country is improving after the pandemic. In such a situation, there is a need to open up economic activities by assessing the threat. The Home Ministry has said that it should consider the resumption of holding social, sports, entertainment, educational, cultural, religious, festival related gatherings. Along with this, the Home Ministry has also directed to consider starting the operation of public transport, shopping complexes, cinema halls, gyms, spas, restaurants and bars. A press release from the Home Ministry said that the opening of schools, colleges, offices and other business activities should also be considered. However, it should be taken care that the corona rules are followed properly. The rules of Covid management such as wearing masks, maintaining social distance, hand hygiene and ventilation in closed spaces etc. should be properly enforced.
