Now, Covid vaccination certificate will be linked to the passport on the CoWIN portal, find out how?

The immunization process has also been increased at a rapid pace after two waves of corona across India. On the other hand, along with vaccination, digital certificates are also being provided to the individuals. Now, the Government of India is enabling the users of CoWin portal to link vaccination certificates with passports to make it easier for users to travel abroad or other states. The official handle of The Arogya Setu app tweeted, "Now you can update your passport number in your vaccination certificate".

The official portal of CoWin to link your passport to the vaccination certificate ? www. Go to cowin.gov.in. Click on the 'Raise an issue' option when the website opens. Then click on the 'Passport' option and select the person whose certificate you want to link from the drop-down menu. After this process, you have to enter your passport number and submit the details. In addition, users can edit their details if the details between the vaccine certificate and the passport are not matched.

Also, to edit new details, users  in CoWin portal once again. You have to go to the cowin.gov.in. Click on the 'Raise an issue' option. Then click on the 'Correction in Certificate' option and select the person whose details you want to change from the drop-down menu. Then select the options that you need to improve and edit the details, then submit.
