Corona cases are growing rapidly in these 2 states, may pose huge concerns

New Delhi: Daily cases of coronavirus are showing a decline across the country. Many states have registered a decline in the cases of corona reported daily. However, Maharashtra ranks second in the highest number of viruses after Kerala. These two states are at the top from where the highest number of cases are being recorded. While other top states include Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

Kerala has been one of the worst affected states in terms of coronavirus. Kerala accounts for about 60 per cent of the total cases registered from across the country. 30,773 new cases of coronavirus have been reported from across the country in the last 24 hours. While 309 patients died due to this. On the other hand, coming to Kerala figures, 19,325 cases of corona infection have been recorded in Kerala. While 143 patients have succumbed to their injuries.

With this, the total number of infected persons in the state has gone up to 44,88,840. So far, 42,83,963 people have recovered from the virus. 23,439 patients have lost their lives. There are 1,80,842 active corona patients in Kerala. With the decline in corona cases, the state government has decided to reopen schools closed since March last year from November 1. The officers have been directed to complete the necessary arrangements for the reopening of schools at least 15 days in advance. Classes I to VII and XII and XII classes will begin from November 1.
