SC verdict today on MHA's order to pay salary to employee amid lockdown

He argued that the government should help industries in such a difficult situation. The hearing of this case is being conducted by Justice Ashok Bhushan, Justice Sanjay Kaul and MR Shah. At the same time, during the hearing on June 4, the court was told that there was a discussion between employees and companies regarding salary. On behalf of the government, it was said in the Supreme Court that if any company is saying that it is not in a condition to pay full salary, then they should show their audited balance sheet.
