Now, Delhi BJP Chief Manoj Tiwari demands NRC in Delhi, Says 'Situation is Dangerous'

The final list of the National Register of Citizenship (NRC)has been published on Saturday. Only after this, the fate of 41 lakh people in Assam will be decided whether they are citizens of the country or not. Meanwhile, after the release of the list, Delhi Pradesh BJP President Manoj Tiwari has demanded NRC in Delhi.

In a special conversation with the media, MP from North East Delhi Manoj Tiwari said that the situation in Delhi is very dangerous. A large number of outsiders are living here illegally. In such a situation, NRC will be implemented soon here too.

In his statement earlier in the month of May, Manoj Tiwari  had said that NRC should be implemented in Delhi if people do not want to live under the fear of attack from illegal Rohingya immigrants.

For your information, tell us that NRC was first formulated in Assam in 1951, which means Indian citizens living in Assam. At that time, the Center also gave grants to Manipur and Tripura to prepare NRC, but it never worked. At present, Assam is the only state which has its own NRC.
