Lucknow: During a marriage program in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh, there was a fierce fight between two parties over dancing on a DJ. During this time people attacked each other with sticks, bricks and stones. The sudden incident led to a stampede on the spot. More than 15 people are said to be injured in the attack. According to the report, the incident took place in Hazratpur village under Badosarai police station area. Hanif and Jaleel's daughters were married here on Friday. One barat came from Khemapur village under Tikaitnagar police station and the other from Saidanpur village under Safdarganj police station came to Hanif and Jaleel's house. Both of them were going to dance and sing on Barati DJ in the baraats. Meanwhile, on a road to the village, the two baratis passed in front of each other. Baratis from both sides got angry when the dance was interrupted. First there was an argument between them and then there was a scuffle, after which bricks and stones and sticks started running between the two. According to the report, when sticks were broken during the assault, Barati started fighting with each other by uprooting the surrounding bushes and breaking the branches of trees. Some people took down the video of this incident, which is now going viral on social media. The matter came to the notice of the Superintendent of Police (SP) after the video went viral. After this, the SP has ordered an inquiry into the matter. The police have registered an FIR and are investigating the matter.
