NEW DELHI: The Court in Delhi has framed charges against other accused in the Unnao rape case, including MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar, for being implicated in a false Arms Act case. The court said, in prima facie, it was found that a major conspiracy had been hatched in the case. The police rushed there but did not intervene in the matter and there were 14 serious injury marks on the victim's body during the post-mortem. All the accused will now be prosecuted in a false case under the Arms Act and the CBI charge sheet will have witnesses. Earlier, Kuldeep Singh Sengar was produced before the Court in Delhi after a production warrant issued by the court that sent Sengar to Tihar jail.
