The case is said to be from Jawar village in Javara police station area of Khandwa district. The police station in-charge here says, "An 11-year-old minor girl has lodged a complaint against her father that her father has often forcibly raped her under the influence of alcohol." The in-charge said that they have arrested the accused on the basis of the complaint of the victim. Under the information received, the minor's father works as a mason on daily wages in Khandwa. The minor told the police that the accused had committed such a heinous act two days ago. Police officials say that when the minor's tolerance responded, he told his uncle about the rape. At the same time, he asked his uncle to lodge a complaint with the police. After receiving the information, the uncle came to the nearest police station with him and lodged a complaint. The inspector said that a case has been registered against the accused father under several sections including Section 8 of the POCSO Act.
