New Delhi:- Google has developed a quantum computer that can instantly perform calculations that would take the best-existing supercomputers 47 years. This is a landmark achievement intended to prove beyond any doubt that the experimental machine can outperform its traditional competitors. An article published online by Google researchers claims that the company's latest technology "exceeds the capabilities of existing classical supercomputers." Quantum computing proponents argue that the technology, based on a singular state of quantum physics, could create immensely powerful machines capable of fighting climate change and developing breakthrough medicines. But they also threaten to undermine today's cryptosystems and make them a national security priority. Four years ago, Google claimed to be the first company to achieve "quantum supremacy," a milestone in which quantum computers outperform existing machines. A paper from researchers at Google published online claims that the company's latest technology is “beyond the capabilities of existing classical supercomputers”. Proponents of quantum computers say the technology, which relies on the peculiar states of quantum physics, can create hugely powerful machines able to battle climate change and create breakthrough drugs. However, they also threaten to undermine today's encryption systems, making them a national security priority. This was disputed at the time by competitors who claimed that Google overstated the differences between its machines and traditional supercomputers. The company's new paper, "Phase Transitions in Random Circuit Sampling," published on the open-access scientific website ArXiv, demonstrates a more powerful apparatus that aims to put an end to the debate. The 2019 machine was equipped with 53 qubits, the building blocks of quantum computing, while next-generation devices are equipped with 70 qubits. Adding more qubits will dramatically improve the performance of quantum computers. This means the new machine is 241 million times more powerful than his 2019 machine. By contrast, it takes 47.2 years to reach the latest version. Researchers also claim that the latest quantum computers are more powerful than demonstrations by Chinese labs considered leaders in the field. Google’s Quantum Computer can make calculations very fast and also can generate results quickly. The computer is built after 47 Years which is so enhanced.
