New Delhi: The State Government of Haryana has taken an important decision regarding the policy of reservation. In Haryana, local candidates will get reservation benefit up to 75 percent in private sector jobs. On Thursday (5 November 2020), the BJP government led by Manohar Lal Khattar of Haryana passed a bill in the assembly in this regard. During the election campaign, JJP, an ally of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), promised this in its manifesto. The order will apply to companies, societies, trusts, firms or groups which employ 10 or more employees and are already present or newly established in Haryana. This order will be especially effective on new recruits. Another important thing related to this order is that this order will be effective only on jobs falling within the salary of 50 thousand or less. The Tweet on Twitter handle of the Haryana Chief Minister's Office regarding this bill reads, "CM Manohar Lal Khattar said in the Assembly that the main objective of bringing the 'Employment Bill for the Local Candidates of Haryana State -2020' to the youth of the state To provide maximum employment.
