Material-   1 raw banana

1 Ease

1 carrot

5-6 green beans

4.5 Kundru

1/2 cup water

1/4 tsp turmeric

1/2 red chilli powder

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 bunch curry leaf

3 tsp coconut oil

Salt-to-taste

Method - Wash all the vegetables and cut them into half-inch pieces. Mix coconut, green chillies, half a teaspoon of cumin seeds and water together to make a fine paste. Now heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a large container. Add half a teaspoon of cumin seeds to it. Then add banana pieces and cook for 2 minutes. Now add all the remaining vegetables and sprinkle salt on top. Then cover it and cook on medium heat until the vegetables are half cooked. Then add turmeric and red chilli powder. Now cover it and cook again for 3-4 minutes. Now add coconut paste and run with light hands so that vegetables do not break down. Now cover the pot and remove it from the heat after 5 minutes. Finally, add curry leaves and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to it. Put the lid on and leave it to cool. When the vegetable cools down, add a little curd and serve.
