Today the recipe we are going to tell is a favorite of not only children but also of elders. The name of this recipe is pizza. However, we will not make this recipe on the basis of fine flour but with the remaining chapati. This crispy, thin-crust pizza is very tasty to eat and you can make it very easily and it will be ready at home within a few minutes. If you want, this pizza can also be prepared with fresh chapatis. The best thing about this pizza is that you can also prepare it on the pan, because of this you do not even need an oven to bake it. So let's know about the simple recipe of Tasty and Crispy Pizza.

Material-

Chapati - 2

Pizza sauce - 2 tbsp

Capsicum - One

Onion- one

Corn - 1 tbsp

Paneer - 2 tablespoons

Cheese spread - as required

Oregano - 4 small spoon

Chilli Flakes - 4 small spoon

Mozzarella cheese - ½ cup

Butter - as required

Method-

Step 1 To make roti pizzas, first finely cut the capsicum, onion and paneer and boil the corn.

Step 2 After this heat, the tawa, put a little butter on it and bake the roti with it. But keep in mind that you have to keep the flame low or else the bread can burn.

Step 3 Then turn off the heat and now spread a little cheese on the bread. Now put pizza sauce on it. Spread the pizza sauce in a very thin layer. Do not overcook the pizza sauce as it will make the pizza soft.

Step 4 Now spread the grated mozzarella cheese over it. After this, pour some chopped capsicum, cheese, onion and boiled cornbread. Spread the vegetables in such a way that it can cover the entire bread.

Step 5 Again spread another layer of grated mozzarella cheese on it and you can keep the number of cheese as per your taste.

Step 6 Start the flame by placing the pan on the gas and cover it with a lid by placing a roti pizza in it.

Step 7 Cook it on low heat till the cheese melts completely and the bread becomes crispy. Once the cheese melts, turn off the heat and remove the lid from it.

Step 8 Your pizza is ready to eat. Remove the roti pizza from the pan and cut it into slices with a cutter and add oregano and chili flakes to it.
