Vaishali: A man committed suicide by hanging himself in Vaishali, Bihar. It is being said that he had an argument with his wife over the beating of the children. This made him so angry that he committed suicide in his in-laws house. As soon as the news of the incident was received, the police of Garol police station reached the spot and took possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem and started investigating the case. The deceased was identified as Chandan Das, 28, son of Harinder Das, a resident of Mohammadpur Damodar village in Sakra police station of Muzaffarpur. It is being said that Chandan Das had come to meet his wife and children. The family members said that the wife beat up the children over some issue. This angered Chandan and an argument broke out with his wife. The matter escalated so much that Chandan committed suicide by hanging himself in his in-laws house. The same deceased Chandan used to work as a mason. Five years ago, he was married to a girl from Ramdaspur village. They have 2 children. After this incident, mourning spread in the family. The family is crying badly. Garol police station in-charge Sanjeev Kumar said that the man committed suicide in his in-laws house over a dispute with his wife. The body has been handed over to the family members after post-mortem, police said. Further action will be taken according to the investigation.
