Bhopal: VinayJangid Sharma is taking forward PM Narendra Modi's campaign to create a plastic-free India. Vinay Jangid Sharma, a resident of Suvasra in Madhya Pradesh, has so far delivered cloth bags to millions of homes. Along with this, he will also conduct a marathon in Suvasra in the last week of June on 'single-use plastic'.
Since 2017, Vinay Jangid Sharma has delivered cloth bags and basil plants to 5 lakh households under this campaign. Vinay says that the earth should be nourished, what we give to the earth will be returned, just like there is a habit of keeping mobile phones in the pocket, everyone should make a habit of keeping a bag with them.
At present, Vinay Sharma is working as a member of the Compensatory Afforestation Fund Management and Planning Authority. Since 2017, I have been running a continuous 'single-use plastic' campaign, in the last six years, I have made 5 lakh households aware by delivering cloth bags. Vinay Sharma says that we are going to organize a marathon regarding the 'Single Use Plastic Ban' campaign, in which youth from all over the country will participate. Apart from this, many saints and seers including musician Anu Malik will also be part of the marathon.
