VARANASI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi On Saturday talked about how our country's diverse culture brings people together and keeps our heritage alive. Addressing the G20 Cultural Summit's opening in Varanasi, PM Modi highlighted the profound pride that India holds for its cultural heritage. He acknowledged the country's cultural treasures and artists, even those residing in its remotest corners. The summit, he expressed, signifies an important initiative aimed at conserving and presenting India's vibrant cultural mosaic. "We take immense pride in our rich and diverse cultural heritage," stated Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the G20 summit. Speaking virtually from Varanasi, he underscored the pivotal role that India's cultural tapestry plays in uniting its people and safeguarding its legacy. "In India, our diverse cultural heritage is a source of great pride. We have meticulously mapped our cultural treasures and artists across every corner of the nation. Drawing attention to the establishment of tribal museums nationwide, he elaborated on their potential to become prominent hubs for honoring the dynamic culture of tribal communities. These museums, he clarified, serve as windows into the traditions, art, and lifestyles of indigenous societies. "Through these museums, we intend to showcase the spirited culture of our nation's tribal communities. The Prime Ministers' Museum in Delhi stands as a unique institution that showcases our democratic legacy," he elaborated. Furthermore, he shared plans about the creation of the 'Yuge Yugain Bhaarat National Museum,' destined to be the world's largest museum upon inauguration. This monumental institution will exhibit India's five-millennia-spanning history and culture. PM Modi asserted that culture possesses a remarkable capacity to bring people together, fostering comprehension and admiration for diverse origins and viewpoints. With its timeless and diverse cultural heritage, India possesses the inherent potential to unify individuals. PM Modi concluded, "Culture possesses an intrinsic aptitude for unification.
