Jackfruit_Jack fruit - 1/2 kg (boiled and mashed), Onion_Onion - 03 (finely chopped), Tomato_ Tomato - 01 (finely chopped), Gram flour - 100 grams, Lemon juice_Lemon juice - 03 teaspoons, Cumin powder - Cumin powder - 02 teaspoons, Coriander powder - Coriander powder - 02 teaspoons, Ginger-garlic paste_ Ginger garlic pest - 02 teaspoons, Cumin - Cumin - 01 tsp Garam Masala Powder_Garam masala powder - 01 teaspoons, Oil_ Oil - As required, Salt_salt - as per taste.

To make jackfruit kebabs, first heat two spoons of oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and green chilies. Now when the cumin seeds crackle, add the onion to the pan and fry till it becomes golden. After frying onions, add tomatoes and salt to the pan. Then after tomato becomes soft, add ginger-garlic paste and dry spices and fry it on low heat. When the spices are roasted, add gram flour and fry on low heat for about 10 minutes. Then add mashed jackfruit and lemon juice to the pan. Mix the mixture well and cover the pan and turn off the gas.

Once the pan is cold, once again mix the mixture well with hands and make small balls of it to give desired shape. After that heat the oil in the pan and deep fry them. Serve it hot.
