The case is going on in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Naresh Kumar Malhotra. Gudiya's family expressed disappointment over the decision not coming during the previous hearing. Let us tell you that the lower court is going to pronounce the verdict in this case, while after the verdict, the case can go to the Delhi High Court and the top court.

According to the events, on the evening of April 15, 2013, Gudiya was playing in the street outside her house. At the same time, the accused Manoj Shah reached there and took him to his room. Here he held the victim hostage and threatened to kill her and gang-raped her along with his partner Pradeep. For two days, the victims held the victim hostage and carried out the gang-rape incidents several times. With this, the accused put a bottle, candle and many things in the girl's private part, then locked the victim in the room and escaped by locking them from outside.

Two days later, when the victim courageously rang the gate from inside, a neighbor heard the voice and suspected that he brought the victim's family and broke the door of the room when the doll was completely covered with blood. He was admitted to AIIMS in critical condition, where he underwent five surgeries. It took almost a year for the victim to recover. A few days later, the police arrested both the accused.
