Karnataka BJP chief's name drags into the Bitcoin scandal by Congress

Bengaluru: Following its attack on Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai in the Bitcoin scandal, the Karnataka Congress is now targeting state BJP President Nalin Kumar Kateel. Priyank Kharge, a Congress MLA, has posted a status on social media criticising Nalin Kumar Kateel's silence. "I'm astonished to see Nalin Kumar Kateel's silence in relation to the Bitcoin incident," he remarked.

I am certain he must have good knowledge about the Bitcoin scandal. He should break his silence. People might think otherwise about his mysterious silence Priyank Kharge said. Nalin Kumar Kateel has failed to respond to the scandal, despite the fact that his party is being attacked from all sides by the opposing parties, the Congress and the JD-U. (S). The role of two important politicians from the ruling party has been blamed by the opposition.

The Bitcoin scandal is a technology-enabled white-collar crime. The passwords are believed to be in the primary accused's memory, and there are no written records of this. "There is a potential that accused Sriki's life could be jeopardised," he said.

In the state, the Congress and the BJP are at odds, accusing each other of being involved in the scandal. The Congress has stated that the scandal is worth thousands of crores of rupees, and that ruling party leaders have used kingpin Sriki and minted money.
