New Delhi: Delhi Lieutenant Governor (LG) VK Saxena has handed over the probe into the scam related to the bus purchase case carried out by the Arvind Kejriwal (AAP) government to the CBI. After this, the problem of CM Arvind Kejriwal and his party leaders can increase. The case here pertains to the purchase of 1,000 low-floor buses purchased for the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC). Earlier, the Lieutenant Governor had also handed over the investigation of the liquor scam in Delhi to the CBI. In this case, the CBI also raided the house of Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia. The decision to hand over the investigation of the LG VK Saxena bus purchase scam to the CBI has been taken after receiving the report of the state Chief Secretary. As soon as the Lieutenant Governor took this decision, politics also started on it. BJP and AAP have started blaming each other. On LG's decision, AAP said that buses were never purchased, because its tender was cancelled. The AAP government said Delhi needs a more educated Lieutenant Governor, as the present Lt Governor does not know what he is inscribing. The Kejriwal government also said that after the baseless complaint against the CM, Deputy CM and Health Minister, now the fourth minister is being complained about. Such investigations have yielded no results. Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain has been in jail for the last four months in a corruption case. In fact, Jain had said in the inquiry conducted by the ED, 'His memory has gone and he does not remember anything. In such a situation, his bail is being stuck again and again. CM Kejriwal had also called Jain staunchly honest and demanded Padma Vibhushan for him.'
